A few words about me

  • Certified psychologist qualified in the UK and in Greece, with over 20 years of study, research and practice with clients from around the world.

  • Extensive academic teaching and research experience and a number of publications in academic journals and books. Main areas of interest are research & application of Positive Psychology, psychotherapy, and the social stigma of mental illness. 

​

  • Professional trainings in the fields of cognitive psychotherapy, positive psychology, group dynamics, special learning disabilities and psychometric assessment and analysis.

  • Professional training instructor in several fields, including positive psychology, cognitive behavioural psychotherapy, and clinical psychology.
